In | Eng-lish it was just a form of | "Su- gar"-- __  __

But | "fest'-ring sore" it meant in Por-tu-| guese! __  __  __

In Bra-zil we oft-en played some | ping-pong; __  __ |

Dad-dy'd slam the ball right down our | throat; __  __  __ |

Mo-ther's game was stead-y, al-most | sing-song, __  __

But | e-ven when she won, she would-n't | gloat. __  __  __
