FOCUS ON THE FATHER

Focus on the Father, slow Your hurried pace;

Open up the Word of God and look upon His face;

He has all the answers that you'll need today;

So let the Spirit take control and lift your cares away!

Don't focus on your problems; just focus on the Lord,

Magnify His holy name, and worship and adore.

His majesty and greatness put our problems in the shade,

When we take time to look to Him and see His power displayed!

(So) Focus on the Father...

The God of all the universes created you and me

To love Him and to be a light for all the world to see;

But often we're discouraged, we worry and we fret

About the things that matter least! So, brothers, don't forget...

(To) Focus on the Father...

Focus on the rainbow, not on the muck and mire;

Set your sights on things above and lift your spirits higher.

Find the good in ev'ry situation you are in.

And when all the world's against you, know that you and God can win!
